PropView provides trading analytics, journaling, performance tracking, account monitoring, AI-powered insights, reporting, and related tools for futures traders.
PropView is not a broker, investment advisor, financial planner, prop firm, or trading educator.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
By using PropView, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
5. User Data
Users retain ownership of their imported trading data.
By using PropView, you grant PropView a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, analyze, display, and derive insights from your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
6. Artificial Intelligence Features
PropView may provide AI-generated insights, summaries, coaching, recommendations, and analysis.
AI-generated content:
- May be incomplete
- May contain errors
- May not reflect current market conditions
- Should not be relied upon as financial advice
Users remain solely responsible for all trading decisions.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Reverse engineer the Services
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Interfere with platform operations
- Upload malicious code
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Share accounts with others
8. Availability
PropView is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all devices or trading platforms.
9. Beta Features
Certain features may be identified as beta features.
Beta features may be modified, discontinued, or removed at any time without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropView shall not be liable for:
- Trading losses
- Lost profits
- Missed opportunities
- Account failures
- Prop firm violations
- Indirect or consequential damages
Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
11. No Warranty
PropView makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
